Contact Lenses

Custom-made contact lenses

Contact lens creation is a process specifically designed for each patient. Dr. Zakheim and our team of eyewear professionals have years of experience to successfully address all of your visual needs.

Contact lenses are prescribed by our optometrists to correct vision problems such as myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), and astigmatism.

Safety tips

  • Only use contact lens solutions to store or rinse your contacts.

  • Replace and clean your contacts as often as we instruct.

  • Replace your contact lenses every time you get a new bottle of solution, typically every 90 days.

  • Never sleep wearing your contacts, unless they are extended wear.

  • Never share your contact lenses with someone else.

  • Never swim with your contacts on, as bacteria can build up.

  • If you feel discomfort or your vision changes, remove the lenses and contact us immediately.
